house of three rooms
The house is organized as three overlapping rectangles. The Center Room has the Kitchen-Dining at one end and the Living at the other. The Kitchen-Dining also connects with the Entry Courtyard, forming the West Room. At the other end, the Living Room and its adjacent Library open onto the Pool Terrace, forming the East Room. On a modest corner lot, the tall façade was pulled away from the street so that the one story Library meets the neighborhood more graciously.
