Addison Master Bath

The original 80s builder home had a small shower and a bulky built-in corner bathtub with glass block windows above. To make the room feel larger and more cohesive, a free-standing bathtub was placed inside the large, open shower. The wall and floor tile are both continuous between the wet and dry areas. The Architect fabricated and installed the jade-colored acrylic panels to cover the glass block and the walnut shelves in the shower.

Frank Welch House Renovation

The Clients wanted an addition. The House, a square-within-a-square designed by Frank Welch in the 1980’s, did not.

So we renovated – respecting the character of the original design while using materials and details that realized the house’s full potential. First the Master Bath, Office, and Utility Room were re-organized. Then the Front Porch and crawlspace skirt were re-built. Next was new lighting for the Living Room, Kitchen, and Library. Finally the Guest Bath was renovated into a Modern space of light and color.

Kessler Woods Bath

The Master Bath of this 20yr old contemporary house in Oak Cliff needed to be opened up and refreshed without changing any of the surrounding interior or windowless exterior walls. The design solution was to re-organize the plan, design new cabinetry, clarify the lighting, and coordinate the finish materials.
