House in the Country

The Clients wanted an addition. The House, a square-within-a-square designed by Frank Welch in the 1980's, did not.

So we renovated - respecting the character of the original design while using materials and details that realized the house's full potential. First the Master Bath, Office, and Utility Room were re-organized. Then the Front Porch and crawlspace skirt were re-built. Next was new lighting for the Living Room, Kitchen, and Library. Finally the Guest Bath was renovated into a Modern space of light and color.
